I was asked to create a jacket/cover for a noir/mystery/whodunnit ebook. Here was my chance to attempt to channel Saul Bass, the great illustrator and animator known for those awe-inspiring James Bond 007 title graphics. His work is sheer perfection embodied. I did my best!

I used this project as an opportunity to create a piece entirely on my Samsung Note tablet with its special S Pen, allowing one to draw directly on its surface, using Autodesk’ Sketchbook program.
