For this project I was provided with the most awesome and compelling photos one could hope for. I soon came up with a scheme to illustrate around one of the photos that especially spoke to me, and mix the two elements as the basis for this PBS documentary’s DVD jacket cover.

I set out to capture the upbeat and uplifting, quirky nature of this film as my goal and the result is what you see.
